iFilm London Productions in association with BritishBoxers presents an exclusive interview with current WBO, IBF, IBO World Heavyweight Champion Wladimir Klitschko.
iFilm London’s James Helder caught up with Wladimir at the London press conference for his world heavyweight showdown with David Haye on 2nd July 2011, in Germany.
Klitschko has promised to make our boy his 50th career knockout, stating that though he thinks the Brit is disrespectful, he is happy that Haye exists in the heavyweight division and that they will be staging probably what will be the worlds biggest sporting event of the year.
“I’m excited that David Haye is in the heavyweight division and that I have David Haye as my opponent on July 2 fight in Hamburg and I think without David Haye it’s going to be boring. He did certain things that were not acceptable, that are disrespectful and really below the line.
“It doesn’t matter where your from, doesn’t matter what you do certain things were not good, especially with the shirt. But however let’s focus on the matter of fact July 2, the fight against David Haye, which is going to be broadcast to over 150 countries.
“Its one of the most exciting (sports) events this year, because we have no summer Olympic games, world or European cups, so this fight is going to accumulate a lot of finances, the interest of lots of fans around the world and I’m glad that David Haye exists in the heavyweight division, its great.”
