It’s how you come back from a loss, I’ll dust myself off and come back stronger.” – James DeGale.

James DeGale still hurting and ‘gutted after his British super-middleweight title loss to George Groves on Sunday, to his credit as not buried his head and although disappointed with losing his unbeaten record to his rival is looking to come back stronger.

DeGale lost on points via a majority decision over twelve competitive rounds in a fight that had caught the public imagination, in a way a British title fight hasn’t for a long while.

DeGale agrees the fight was very close, but felt he just did enough to win it. But speaking to www.sportsvibe.co.uk at his gym in Essex says it is hard to take losing, but he is ready to come back a better boxer from the experience and get back in the title mix.
