Haton Promotions CEO Ricky Hatton hosted a packed final press conference ahead of Saturday’s bumper ‘Road To Glory’ bill at Manchester Velodrome.

The stacked show is the mushrooming promotional organisation’s biggest ever card with a stack of competitive matches.

It features four major fights including the vacant interim WBA super-bantamweight title bout between Scott Quigg and Rendall Munroe.

Former European champion Munroe recently gave up his job as a binman, and the Leicester southpaw said: “I have already proven myself at elite level.

“I have had to wait patiently and bide my time but Ricky Hatton has delivered for me and I will shine once again.”
