Amir Khan answers questions on a future fight with Floyd Mayweather

Amir Khan believes he is ready to move onwards and upwards providing he
beats Danny Garcia in tonight’s light-welterweight unification fight. A potential future meeting with pound for pound king Floyd Mayweather is not an impossibility should he beat Garcia tonight before a planned move up to the welterweight division, where Mayweather resides and dominates.

If Mayweather is looking for opponents to face on his release from prison then Khan would surely be on any shortlist he and his camp put together.
Khan in an interview with the press (video above) believes that he has the style that Mayweather has never faced before and is confident that if he got to face Mayweather he could pull off the win. “I really believe I do have the style to beat him, it’s not about money, I just want to be the next pound for pound champion.” said Khan.
