Anthony Farnell fresh off his night at Aintree on Saturday coaching Paul Butler and Matty Fagan to good wins, was back in the gym bright and early Monday morning getting lightweight prospect Kofi Yates ready for his 6th fight in Birmingham this Friday.

Butler moved closer to a world bantamweight title after stopping Argentinian Oreste Nieva with a crunching body shot in round 4.

Butler is targeting a shot at IBF champion Stuart Hall after the British and Commonwealth super-flyweight champion made his official bow up at the higher weight class. Arnie says he has given Butler a couple of weeks off but hopes his boxer can get a few quick ten rounders in and keep busy, if a world title chance cannot be made soon.

Arnie talking about possible future opposition for Butler didnt rule out a future meeting with Lee Haskins and also says up and exciting upcoming prospect Kal Yafai could be a future opponent of Butler’s domestically.

Arnie also talks of unbeaten lightweight Fagan’s good 6 round win over Yordan Vasilev to take his record to 5-0.
