Stephen Smith said the bad start to his World Title fight cost him against Jason Sosa.
Liverpool fighter Smith put up a gallant effort in his second world title tilt against champion Sosa for his WBA super-featherweight title in what turned out to be one of the fights of the year in Monte Carlo on Saturday.
Smith, 31, after a difficult start got himself into the fight and took it to the champion but in the end just fell short as he was floored and cut badly in a fight that will be remembered for a long-time
