We went over to Jennings Gym this morning in Coppul, Chorley to catch up with former British champ Mike Jennings and his brother Dave Jennings and get a rendition of ‘When I’m Cleaning Windows’ and ‘Any Old Iron’ a good couple of classics on the acoustic guitar from Dave.
We also got the coaches thoughts on the Jack Arnfield – Brian Rose fight last month and their views on the Joshua – Klitschko fight this weekend.
We also speak to British title challenger Matty Askin (21-3-1, 13KOs) about his upcoming fight with Craig Kennedy (16-0, 8KOs) at the Motorpoint Arena in Cardiff on May 26th. Also in the gym was rising super-welterweight prospect Mark Jeffers (4-0) getting ready for his next fight in June.
