Wolverhampton welterweight Conah Walker announced a promotional deal with Wasserman Boxing on Wednesday as he gears for another run at domestic titles at 147-pounds.

Despite losing a narrow decision for the English title versus Samuel Antwi in February after ten hellacious rounds in Cardiff, Walker emerged with a heap of praise after partaking in an early contender for domestic fight of the year. He has since ran out a comfortable winner in a six-round bout in his hometown before being announced on the upcoming card at the Bolton Whites Hotel, staged by his newly-announced promotional outfit Wasserman Boxing which is headed up by Nisse and Kalle Sauerland.

The twenty-seven-year-old announced the news on social media, stating, “Delighted to announce I have signed with Wasserman Boxing. Can’t wait to get in the ring on September 17th in Bolton“.

The card is set to be headed up by light-heavyweight Lyndon Arthur and heavyweight Nathan Gorman, while also featuring British lightweight champion Gavin Gwynne‘s first defence versus Craig Woodruff, live on Channel Five.
