James DeGale v George Groves – Pre Fight YouTube Video Wars begin

After the war of words between James DeGale and George Grove started some time back in the build up to there anticipated May 21st clash. Both boxers have now entered the new world of video wars!

The rival boxers who were once gym mates and met as amateurs, Groves winning on that occasion have taken to the world of YouTube video taunting with the help of some painstaking video editing, to belittle each other, wind each other up and gain the public interest in a fight that promises to be worth waiting for.

It was Groves who first put his video taunt out there mocking DeGale’s elocution and calling the British super middleweight champion a ‘Muppet’ DeGale said he found the video a joke and didn’t take it seriously. But it seems he wasn’t going to take it lying down and today has launched his own mock video about Groves, calling his rival ‘Ugly kid’ to the accompanied backing track.
