In London this week a press conference was held by Frank Warren to officially confirm that Tyson Fury will defend his world heavyweight title against former champion Wladimir Klitschko on July 9th in the city of his birth Manchester.
The fight will be held at the Manchester Arena, the biggest indoor arena in Europe. Klitschko tried to get the rematch back in Germany where he lost his titles to the Mancunian Fury in November last year but Fury says there was no way Fury was going to go back to Germany he says.
John Fury, Tyson’s dad, joined his son on the top table gave an emotional speech and said he doesn’t feel that Tyson gets the recognition he deserves.
