Tokyo 2020 Olympic light-heavyweight silver medalist Ben Whittaker of Birmingham was finally announced today to have signed an exclusive long-term deal with Ben Shalom’s BOXXER and Sky Sports following his triumph in Tokyo last summer.
All eyes were on the next move of the West Midlander who is hotly tipped to replicate his success as an amateur in the professional ranks, with the twenty-four-year-old now joining former Tokyo teammates Caroline Dubois, Lauren Price, Kariss Artingstall and Frazer Clarke in their professional endeavours on Sky Sports.
