Hughie Fury has confirmed that his upcoming world title eliminator clash versus Michael Hunter has been rearranged for October 29th, live on Sky Sports. Speaking on Sky Sports’ ‘Toe2Toe’ Podcast, Fury confirmed the new date and expressed a desire to move past the American before setting his sights on a shot at world honours.
The twenty-seven-year-old did not confirm the location for the fight but will no doubt be eager to run out for the first time in over twelve months following his victory over Christian Hammer in the same month last year. The American meanwhile last appeared in December when he fought to a split-decision draw versus Jerry Forrest over ten rounds.
