Newcastle super-lightweight Lewis Ritson (23-2-0, 13KOs) will clash with Hackney’s Ohara Davies (24-2-0, 17KOs) on February 25th.
Promoter Phil Jeffries will promote the show at Newcastle’s Utilita Arena.
A broadcaster is yet to be confirmed for the event.
Ritson fought once in 2022 when he dominated Dejan Zlaticanin over ten rounds in March.
Davies meanwhile scored an eighth-round stoppage in Leeds to land his sixth consecutive victory.
County Durham featherweight Thomas Patrick Ward (33-0-1, 5KOs) is also scheduled to take on Uzbekistan’s Otabek Kholmatov (10-0-0, 9KOs) over twelve rounds in the chief support.
Super-welterweight Troy Williamson (19-1-1, 14KOs) is set to return for his first fight since a unanimous decision defeat to Josh Kelly in December.
Scotland super-bantamweight Lee McGregor (11-0-1, 9KOs) will also feature for the first time in twelve months.
