Aky and John are joined by former WBU light-middleweight champion, now respected trainer Arnie Farnell, who discusses his career and looks at some current topics in the sport.

This weeks masterclass comes from the one and only Pat ‘Black Flash’ Barrett, former British and European champion, who carried one of the most fearsome left hooks in the game during the 80’s and 90’s. Pat talks to Aky and explains how to throw the famous left hook and how to follow up an attack.
We get more expert strength and conditioning tips from our resident coach James Largey, who talks about raising testosterone levels.
