Denzel Bentley hopes to pickup what would be a career-changing victory in the early hours of Sunday morning against WBO middleweight champion Janibek Alimkhanuly.
The latter was upgraded to full champion following Demetrius Andrade‘s vacation of the title earlier in the year.
Alimkhanuly already has one victory over a Brit after halting Danny Dignum inside two rounds in May.
Bentley meanwhile regained his British title against Linus Udofia after suffering the first pro defeat of his career to Felix Cash last year.
The Brit enters the bout at the Palms Casino Resort an overwhelming underdog against the ‘Kazakh Thunder’ but knows victory will open up doors for huge showdowns in 2023.
The undercard features pound-for-pound star Seniesa Estrada who defends her WBA minimumweight title versus Jazmin Villarino.
