Former top class amateur star Scott Fitzgerald who won a gold medal at the Commonwealth Games, turned professional in February last year after signing with Eddie Hearn and Matchroom Promotions.
Fitzgerald, 25, has racked up 5 good wins on the bounce, 3 by stoppage, and his next fight is schedule for 11th March at the Preston Guild Hall in his home town.
Trained by former boxers Mike Jennings and Dave Jennings at the Jennings Gym in Chorley, we went over to visit Scott, watch him train and speak to him about his career to date, his next fight and his plans for the future.
Scott says he has big ambitions in the sport and his dreams are to win a British title outright, before moving on to win world titles.
