The Leicester Arena will witness the first defence from local man Kyle Haywood (10-1-0, 2KOs) of his Midlands Area title at super-welterweight as he takes on Nottingham’s undefeated Ryan Amos (9-0-0, 1KO) on Saturday evening.

Haywood claimed the vacant strap with a narrow ten-round points decision over Alex Fearon in 2021 and hopes to remain the holder of the belt beyond this weekend against a motivated and fresh Amos who enters the evening on the back of nine victories in as many professional outings.

The undercard in Leicester will see undefeated middleweight prospect Stanley Stannard (8-0-0, 3KOs) take on Daniel Urbanski (22-35-3, 5KOs), while super-welterweight Ellis Hopkins (3-0-0) makes her fourth professional appearance against familiar journeywoman Ester Konecna (2-16-1). 168-pounder Bradley Goldsmith (4-0-0, 2KOs) takes on Jiri Kroupa (4-5-0) in his fifth outing and middleweight Liam Walsh (3-0-1) runs out again versus Martin Shaw (3-8-1, 1KO).

154-pounder Callum Blockley (8-0-0, 1KO) faces Berman Sanchez (30-27-3, 22KOs) in a four-round contest, while welterweight Connor Ireson (6-0-0) clashes with Mykhailo Sovtus (4-12-0, 1KO) at 147lbs. Brad Bethell (2-0-0) also runs out at welterweight versus Naeem Ali (2-95-1), while two debutants make their maiden pro bouts in super-welterweight Tyler Rivers (against George Rogers (0-15-2)) and Ryan Hearst (versus Fonz Alexander (7-134-1)) at welterweight.
