Guisborough’s Josh Leather (11-0, 5KO’s) knocked out Gyorgy Mizsei Jnr in the fourth round of a scheduled ten. Leather, 139 1/2lbs, boxed to instructions perfectly, working off his jab over the first couple of rounds but the finish was purely instinctive. As the pair spun out of a clinch, Leather came around the corner with an overhand right and floored the Hungarian, 138 1/2lbs, heavily.

Mizsei has mixed with the likes of Terry Flanagan, Derry Mathews and Anthony Crolla and is usually a very durable opponent so this was an excellent result for Leather. It was also his fourth consecutive knockout victory.
