Liverpool’s Anthony Fowler has had an illustrious amateur career. The Team GB member, WSB competition, former Commonwealth games Bronze medalist, multiple ABA champion, world bronze medalist etc etc… says he is ready to turn professional next year after his amateur contract runs out.
Fowler fought in Rio this year at the Olympics but was unfortunately beat in his opening bout. He is now ready to take all his experience into the pro ranks and what an addition he will be.
British Boxers had a chat with him this week in his home town of Toxteth in Liverpool at the Golden Gloves Gym to ask him about his future and more.
