Manchester’s Matty Ryan (12-1, 2KOs) speaks about his English title fight against London’s Sonny Upton (12-2, 5KOs) which takes place at the Bowlers Exhibition Centre in Manchester on 24th March.

Ryan had to shed 2 pounds at the weigh-in by skipping in a sweat suit, but was confident it won’t have any effect on his performance come fight night, promising to lift the belt. Ryan says Upton is a good opponent and will bring out the best in him.

Sonny Upton is super confident he will be crowned English champion on Friday night when he takes on Mancunian Matty Ryan for the vacant super-welterweight strap at the Bowlers Exhibition Centre in Manchester. (24th March)
