Tokyo 2020 silver medalist and British light-heavyweight prospect Ben Whittaker has been added to the undercard of the upcoming heavyweight rematch between Oleskandr Usyk and Anthony Joshua in Saudi Arabia.

Whittaker shone on his professional debut in Bournemouth last month with a second-round knockout of Greg O’Neill and will look for similar success as he takes on Peter Nosic over six rounds this weekend. The Bosnian is unbeaten in six outings, three of which have came via stoppage, but has not fought anyone close to the pedigree of the Birmingham man.

Whittaker signed with Anthony Joshua’s 258 Management in January and will share a card with the former London 2012 gold medalist for the first time this weekend as the former two-time heavyweight champion looks to regain his titles against the pound-for-pound star Usyk.

The full card will be shown on Sky Sports Box Office this Saturday at a price-point of £26.95.
