Errol Johnson‘s Black Country Boxing have announced the third instalment of ‘Vengeance at the Venue’ at Dudley’s ‘The Venue’. The event is set to take place on Friday October 7th and is slated to feature a host of BCB’s big names across the Midlands.

Dudley welterweight Danny Ball is one of those names as he looks to rebuild momentum towards another shot at domestic honours in the near future. Ball challenged for the British title at 147-pounds versus Ekow Essuman in October last year where he suffered a double fracture of the jaw in his only professional defeat. Nevertheless the twenty-six-year-old got back to winning ways at the end of April with a comfortable victory over four rounds and will look for another victory next month in his fourteenth outing.

Chelmsley Wood light-heavyweight Josh Stokes also makes his return following his four-round success on the same card as stablemate Ball in the Second City four months ago. Stokes is undefeated in seven fights, two of which have ended inside the distance, and continues his development in a healthy domestic division at 175-pounds. Both Ball and Stokes train out of Richie Ghent‘s gym in Bilston.

Fellow 175-pounder Brandon Jones looks to move to 6-0-0 as a professional following his fifth victory in as many fights in June, while Worcester lightweight Ameen Khalid is also set to feature in his fourth outing. 154-pounder Ashley Pettigrew fights for the second time as a professional while fellow super-welterweight Liam Gould of Tipton is set to make his debut.
