Britain’s Dan Azeez will collide with France’s Thomas Faure for the vacant European light-heavyweight title in the French capital on March 11th.
BOXXER will co-promote the event in the French capital alongside All Star Promotions.
The pair were set to face-off in London this month before Azeez was forced to pull out after falling ill during the build-up.
Rio 2016 Olympic gold medalist Tony Yoka will headline the event against fellow French heavyweight Carlos Takam.
Yoka suffered a majority-decision defeat to Martin Bakole in May, while Takam lost wide on points to Arslanbek Makhmudov in September.
Takam has lost to the likes of Joe Joyce, Anthony Joshua and Dereck Chisora on British soil in the past.
