We recently spent the afternoon with former champion Anthony ‘Arnie’ Farnell and his team of boxers over at MIHP (Manchester Institute of Health and Performance) The facility offers various hi-tech training and well being programs for all athletes and particularly boxers. MIHP also offers BBBofC required fight medicals.
