Wasserman Boxing officially announced on Monday evening that British super-welterweight champion Troy Williamson will face Josh Kelly on December 2nd.
The Newcastle Arena will host the affair in a huge night of boxing for the North-East as the two go head-to-head for the Lord Lonsdale belt at 154lbs.
Williamson tore the title from Ted Cheeseman twelve months ago with a highlight-reel eleventh-round stoppage in Liverpool, while Kelly has two victories in as many fights at 154lbs since moving up from welterweight.
The undercard for the event is yet to be announced at the time of writing.
