British, Commonwealth and European Super-bantamweight champion Kid Galahad has won the prestigious ‘Young Boxer of the Year’ award, which is to be presented to him next month by the Boxing Writers Club at The Savoy in London.

The 24-year-old rising star from Sheffield also secured the IBF World Youth title on Saturday night after a dominant points victory over Adeilson Dos Santos, Galahad is one of the hottest properties in British boxing!

His professional record reads 18-0 with 9 KOs and he is now biting at the heals of world champions Carl Frampton and Scott Quigg, the leading UK stars in the division.
