It’s a shot that saw him finish Eric Donovan and produce one of the knockouts of 2020, as he made his Matchroom debut and further affirmed his world-level credentials.
At a place where champion after champion has been forged, the Collyhurst and Moston Boxing Club, under the tutelage of Pat Barrett, the Manchester fighter is honing the punch that can be a significant difference-maker as he powers through the super-featherweight ranks.

Barrett was immersed in training as he prepares to step up once again when he takes on Kiko Martinez, on the undercard of Josh Warrington’s return against Mauricio Lara. The fight is his second under the Matchroom banner and can see him take a major step close to competing for world honours.
