Wasserman Boxing have announced that Lyndon Arthur will take on Joel McIntyre in Newcastle on December 2nd.
The Manchester light-heavyweight returned with a sixth-round stoppage win in September, nine months on from his first career defeat to Anthony Yarde last year.
McIntyre meanwhile picked up the vacant English title at 175lbs in July with an eighth-round victory over Chad Sugden.
It is not yet clear whether the English strap will be on the line next month in the North-East.
The card is headlined by British super-welterweight champion Troy Williamson‘s defence with rival Josh Kelly.
Heavyweights Hosea Stewart and Franklin Ignatius are also set to rematch four months on from their four-round draw at the end of July.
