Goodwin Promotions are delighted to announce the biggest and strongest card they have ever staged on 12th July with a phenomenal top of the bill when Richard “AzontoCommey (17 wins 17 knockouts) challenges for the vacant Commonwealth Lightweight title against former British Champion Gary Buckland from Wales.

It is at last Commey’s chance to show the British public what he can do at the highest level after his fight with Derry Matthews fell through. For Buckland it is a chance to get back into the title mix after his two titanic battles with Gavin Rees.

The show starts at 4pm and is not expected to finish before midnight

The undercard is stacked with action and title fights

In the battle of the undefeated Miles Shinkwin (unbeaten in 8) takes on Joel McIntyre (unbeaten in 11) for the Southern Area Light-Heavyweight title. This will an electric fight with both fighters undefeated and both ambitious and expecting to win.

Kris Agyei-Dua from Brentwood challenges Freddie Turner for the Southern Area Light-Middleweight title. It has always been Kris’ dream to win the Southern Area title. will he make in third time lucky against the unbeaten Turner.

“Smokin Joe” Mullender fresh from his win for the British Masters version now competes for the International Masters Super-Middleweight title. Joe is never in a dull fight.

Former Commonwealth Cruiserweight Champion Tony Conquest has a tough 6 round contest against former Commonwealth ands English title challenger Carl “Dynamite” Dilks.

Former prizefighter Champion the undefeated Larry Ekundayo has a 6 round International contest at Welterweight.

We are delighted to showcase the two Evangelou brothers. Chris “The Flash” Evangelou has a 6 round International Light-Welterweight contest and Andreas “the Ace” Evangelou has a 6 round International Light-Heavyweight contest. Providing the brothers come through these fights with victories they will be both be competing for International titles in September.

Danny Cassius Connor competes for a Masters title against a to be named opponent. This is Danny’s first fight in the lightweight division.

Sensational lightweight Ohara “Two Tanks” Davies has his third professional outing. Ohara takes on Josh Thorne from Kent.

Brenny “Blue Eyes” Osborne returns to the ring for his second professional fight and is looking to put things right after the close loss on his debut.

Middleweight prospect Grant “Go Getter” Dennis from Kent makes his debut at Middleweight.

We are delighted to showcase light-welterweight Shane Watson. Shane has won 10 from 11 bouts and has recently signed with Steve Goodwin who will be guiding him to a title fight by the end of the year.

“The Sensation” Ben Hall has his third professional fight at Light-Middleweight.

At Super-Middleweight Kevin “The Green Machine” Greenwood takes on Danny Brown from Kent.

Light-Heavyweight Remel Scott has a 4 round contest
