Former fighter, now trainer, manager and promoter, 28 year old Kieran Farrell BEM, admits the promoting side of his business was something that he considered quitting, such were the demands and financial losses he has suffered since going into it in 2016. But after advice and financial help from his friend Ged Mason, he is now in a better position to stage his shows and in turn has upped his production and media coverage in the process.

Still coaching amateurs and pros at the gym he founded, The Peoples Gym in Heywood Manchester, Kieran is buzzing again and finding a new love and second wind for the game while finding a better way to balance his workload and commitments to boxing. We went along to the gym to speak to Kieran and about this and more, including the pro debut of his brother Nathan on his next show on March 2nd in Bolton called ‘Risk or Reward’ a title that sums up the show and Kieran’s own story to date in the sport he loves.
