19th December 2001 wins World Boxing Foundation Intercontinental title at super featherweight against Argentinian Marcelo Gabriel Ackermann, defends it twice.
What do you remember of this period of your career, did your first title make you hungry for more?
8th February 2003 – Commonwealth title – featherweight – beats Meshack Kondwani, defends it twice that year.
You went on your boxing journey and did it the old fashioned way (much respect mate) winning all the domestic belts before moving up to world level, is this a route you were destined to track?
20th May 2004 wins European title – featherweight – beating Cyril Thomas, Wembley – defends title against Johny Begue, Brentwood Essex.
Being the European champion really gets a boxer recognised on the world scene, did you feel this? What did being the champion of Europe bring to you in terms of recognition, money, opportunity?
16th June 2005 wins British title off Dazzo Williams (ko2) to capture all three domestic belts.
Was Dazzo Williams someone you knew much about he hadn’t had many fights and never fought again after that fight?
What do you remember of the fight and afterwards holding all 3 belts?
Did you now feel it was only a matter of time before you won the world title?
In 28th unbeaten fight you face Steven Luevano for the vacant WBO featherweight title – lost ko11
What opportunities options did you have at this time, was the Luevano fight the only offer on the table?

After that loss your first and a stoppage, What goes through the mind?
