Kevin Satchell is theNo1 flyweight in the country. Bursting on the championship scene in May 2012 to claim the vacant Commonwealth title with a points win over Liverpool’s Paul Edwards, he followed up that victory with a great win over Chris Edwards to take the Stoke man’s British title with an 8th round stoppage. Satchell has since defended his titles twice against Luke Wilton and Iain Butcher both points wins. Satchell is a text book boxer, he does everything good, has pin point punch accuracy and throws plenty of them. What we also know about Satchell is that he has a lot of grit and determination to win. He will battle through tricky moments in fights and when his back is against the wall, he bites down on the gumshield and comes through. His grit and determination will win him fights at domestic level, but he does lack in punch power and when he steps up into international class that could be telling. But he is unbeaten, improving and doesn’t now how to lose, that makes him a dangerous boxer and on his night could box the ears off any flyweight. Kevin Satchell on Twitter: @Kev_Satch
